I love to share my stories to help awaken other star seeds, adventurous souls and soul mates alike. I write metaphysical and science fiction novels as well as historical fiction that explore themes of humor, love, loss, courage, and resilience and what it means to go higher. My stories are crafted to take readers on an epic, wildly-entertaining yet emotional journey as they explore the depths of the human spirit and each other making them quite sexy M/M Romance reads!
I authored two books under the pen name A.E. Kendall. The Quartermaster & the Marquis' Son and Alain & the Duke, both part of the Clash at Sea Series which are historical fiction and steamy soul mate romances about gorgeous buccaneers on the high seas, manor lords and dukes falling in love during a time where love between men is strictly taboo and could mean one's life.
I am an avid traveler, love meeting new people, journeling, reading and catching a good tv drama in my spare time.

Behind The Star Seed Series
Back in 2022 I learned about a celebrity with a huge and growing global fan base from a country I've yet to visit who was suddenly and maliciously targeted. This resulted in a career-ending scandal said to be of questionable origins with numerous people behind it. The backlash was so huge even his international brand endorsements were all dropped, his name wiped from movies credits and tv dramas as if he never starred in them, his social media accounts were cancelled overnight and his name erased from Baidu, the public online search engine said to be the "Google of China". As a result of the blacklisting, he was made a pariah overnight.
The public reason given for this ominous action was claimed to be because he had taken a selfie in 2018 in front of a shrine in Japan dedicated to Japanese war heroes (considered war criminals in China). Such an act is considered "traitorious" in his country although many other stars and tourists do it every day from his country and post their photos and vlogs as well, including his costar who was also almost dragged into the mess.
More astute fans, however, have said the scandal and blacklisting came about after this young man, a prolific writer and deep thinker, wrote a series of articles expressing his sadness and regret that "he could not hold the hand of the person he loves in public". This sad tale just broke my heart.
But it also got me thinking about it from a totally different perspective. Was it possible that what this young man experienced, as devastating as it may seem, was not just a random sequence of unfortunate events orchestrated by some very nasty people but rather part of a larger Light-based plan on a galactic or cosmic scale?
What if he was a star seed and his sole mission on Earth was to expose the ugly underbelly of his industry including all the greed, corruption and what we now also know are sexual predators who lurk in the shadows that is a worldwide phenomenon, and more importantly, to spark change? And that his blacklisting and efforts to reclaim his life and clear his name (which he is still working on and doing an incredible job at) were actually planned in advance and meant to help wake us all up to something even more incredible, including our own vast potential.
What would this say about our own struggles, some just as devastating and painful?
Perhaps all is not as it seems.
Thus, The Star Seed Series was born.

The Clash at Sea Series
The Story Behind the Story
Inspired after reading a historical novel about privateers in Port Royal, and being a huge fan of BL (Boys Love) and M/M romances, I embarked on writing an epic tale and historical novel about two men from opposite worlds -- one a hardened and handsome buccaneer named Galen, the other a beautiful and brazen yet naive French nobleman named Michel, forced together under very trying circumstances.
Unlike my journey with The Star Seed Series, Book 1 of the Clash At Sea series was truly a labor of love that took me nearly 8 years to complete and publish. Mostly due to my own habit of demanding perfection of myself where it was never called for. So after taking numerous writing classes, participating in endless writing and publishing workshops and round robins, where I vetted its various chapters with other fellow writers ad nauseum followed by untold hours of editing, The Quartermaster & the Marquis' Son was finally unleashed on the world.
The novella Alain & the Duke was published shortly after and can be read as a standalone or in tandem with Book 1. It features Michel's older brother Alain Montbron who has a very brief appearance in The Quartermaster & the Marquis' Son.
Both are testaments of love and hope amidst trying, dangerous circumstances during a time period (17th century) where same sex relationships and being branded a "sodomite" was punishable by death.
I am especially proud of the Clash At Sea Series because it took a whole lot of labor and love to complete it.
